Why do I need to make an initial $10 crypto deposit before verification?

Learn why some members must top up before completing account verification.

A $10 crypto deposit is required before account verification (KYC) can be completed.

This requirement helps support the onboarding process and applies to members in all regions.

Depending on your account, you may be required to:

  • Complete an on-chain top-up before starting account verification (KYC), or

  • Pay the $10 virtual card fee, where applicable.

How will I know if I need to make a top-up?
